Reprint & Refund Policy


Reprint & Refund Policy At Photoz2Canvas, we strive for perfection in every order. However, we acknowledge that occasionally, errors can occur. To address these rare instances, we offer reprint or refund options should your order encounter any issues. For all reprint or refund requests, we kindly ask you to provide photographic evidence of the issue with your product.

Below, we outline the conditions under which the cost of a reprint or refund will be borne by us or by you. Please note, if an order is reprinted with expedited shipping, the additional shipping costs will not be covered by us.

Conditions for Reprint/Refund Requests:

Photoz2Canvas will cover costs when:

  • Your product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Your product arrives damaged or broken due to shipping.
  • You receive an incorrect product.
  • Your order is lost in transit without the need for a change in the initial shipping address.
  • Your order exceeds the standard shipping timeframe and is lost in transit.

Costs not covered by Photoz2Canvas include:

  • Dislike of the product due to our manufacturing standards.
  • Errors made by you in the product creation process, such as incorrect image submission or design placement.
  • Incorrect product size selection.
  • Incorrect linking of your Etsy or Shopify SKU variants to our products.
  • Orders that are still within the maximum production and shipping timeframe.
  • Lost in transit orders requiring a change in the shipping address.
  • Orders marked as delivered in tracking updates but not received.

Lost in Transit Policy: An order is considered lost in transit if it doesn’t arrive within the maximum shipping timeframe. Please note that standard shipping may not always provide up-to-date tracking statuses. We commit to addressing missing orders reported by your customers that exceed our general shipping timeframe.

Returns Policy: Photoz2Canvas does not accept returns. However, certain scenarios allow for the return of orders:

  • Returns accepted by vendors with the return address as the vendor’s.
  • You may accept returns if the return address is your own. This decision on handling returned items is yours. Note: This applies only to returns within the US.

Refunds are not issued for returned orders; however, we can offer a reship or reprint based on vendor conditions.

Exchange Policy: Due to the unique, made-to-order nature of our products, Photoz2Canvas does not offer exchanges. We do not hold inventory, making exchanges for our personalized items impossible.

Apparel Substitution Policy: In the event an apparel item is out of stock, we will substitute it with a like-for-like item of equal or greater quality, ensuring color match.

Bulk Discount and Custom Packaging Policies: Photoz2Canvas does not offer bulk discounts or custom packaging options. Bulk orders are shipped as efficiently as possible, either in a single box or multiple boxes, based on order size. Our focus on quality and efficiency extends to all aspects of our service, including packaging, handled by our trusted vendors.
